In order to become a member of The National Charity League, Inc., women and their daughters must be sponsored by a current NCL member in good standing. Membership requires a commitment of time, service as well as a financial obligation. Mothers with daughters entering seventh through tenth grade are eligible for membership. A new class of twenty- five mothers and their daughters who will be entering the seventh grade in the fall are selected by a "draw" for the following year.
